Complete the Merchant and Deposit Settings in your organization's settings by creating a Merchant Account linked to Stripe. After validation, deposits activate and your first deposit arrives 2-3 business days later. The payout schedule is posted in your Merchant and Deposit Settings.
Snowball uses your campaign name to generate page URLs. You can change the campaign name, but the URL itself cannot be updated. Contact support for help with typos or mistakes.
Text-to-give lets supporters text a unique Snowball number with a keyword (trigger word) to receive a link to a donation page. Each trigger word links to a specific campaign. Available on Premium, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
