How do I receive funds raised via Snowball?+
Complete the Merchant and Deposit Settings in your organization's settings area by creating a Merchant Account linked to Stripe. After validation, deposits activate and your first deposit arrives 2-3 business days later. The payout schedule is posted in your Merchant and Deposit Settings.
Can I change my campaign URL after creating it?+
Snowball uses your campaign name to generate page URLs. You can change the campaign name, but the URL itself cannot be updated. Contact support for help with typos or mistakes.
What is text-to-give and how does it work?+
Supporters text a unique Snowball number with a keyword (trigger word) and receive a link to a donation page. Each trigger word maps to a specific campaign or donation page. Text-to-give is available on Premium, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Snowball charges only the annual plan fee and per-transaction credit card processing fees. There are no additional platform fees, penalties, or hidden charges. Donors can also opt to cover processing fees themselves.
How does Snowball handle donor data migration?+
Snowball provides CSV-based upload tools to migrate existing supporters and past transactions to the platform. Bulk imports handle both supporter records and transaction history.
